Authentick Ltd is a family run business based in Nairn, Scotland. We offer a wide range of Construction services including Health & Safety Support, CDM Advisory, Project Management construction based and first aid training.
We operate throughout Scotland and from our head office which is situated within Balmakeith Business Park.
Having evolved from sole trader status to a well-balanced team of 8 since 2015 it is our intention to continue to develop the services we currently offer at pace and introduce additional services to keep in line with industry demand and legislation. Our growth will be comprehensively structured, considering our client’s requirements as being paramount to our future decision making.

Chris McMahon Dip C&G CMIOSH
Chris is a fully qualified Construction Technician, with 30+ years experience in the Construction Industry. Chris' diverse background in the Construction Industry - Project Management, Traditional Building, Quantity and Building Surveying, Training, Civil Engineering, Lecturing and Safety, Health and Environment - has proved invaluable when developing an understanding of the complexities within modern Construction.
Mike McMahon Dip C&G Grad. IOSH
Mike is a fully qualified Construction Professional with over 20 years’ experience in the Construction Industry. Having evolved from Advanced Craft level to Project Management he looks to bring his practical knowledge and expertise to his Health and Safety & Project Management roles. He is also a qualified Appointed Person and can provide support to companies with lift lifting Operations.
Wilma McMahon
Wilma is currently heading up/running our sister company in the hospitality sector.
Rachel McMahon
Rachel brings approximately 20 years’ experience in finance, administration and customer service. Having completed a modern apprenticeship in 2019 and being awarded a Level 3 in Management qualification she is currently managing the Authentick Office which includes the finance department, essential administration, Co-ordinating Training Sessions and all logistics for our team and clients.
